Federica Marseglia è nata a Brindisi il 9 Novembre 1992 e ha intrapreso il suo percorso di studi conseguendo la maturità classica presso il Liceo Classico di Ostuni, con votazione 100/100 cum laude nel mese di Luglio 2011, per poi proseguire con la laurea in giurisprudenza presso l'Università LUISS Guido Carli di Roma, con votazione 110/110 cum laude e speciale menzione in data 27 Luglio 2016.

Avendo chiaro da subito il proposito di sostenere il concorso notarile, ha avviato il tirocinio di 18 mesi, obbligatorio per legge, ancor prima del termine del percorso universitario, che ha portato a termine nel mese di Luglio 2017.

A seguito della laurea ha trascorso un periodo di studi a Cambridge per l'approfondimento della lingua inglese nel settore giuridico, per poi avviare gli studi forensi, con annesso tirocinio di 18 mesi e conseguimento della relativa abilitazione come Avvocato presso la Corte di Appello di Lecce in data 12 Settembre 2019, il tutto senza mai interrompere l'attività di studio notarile sino al superamento del relativo concorso.

In particolare, è vincitrice del concorso notarile indetto con Decreto del Ministero della Giustizia del 3 Dicembre 2019, le cui prove scritte si sono tenute nel mese di Dicembre 2021, con successivo esame orale nel mese di Giugno 2023.

Vincitrice, altresì, del concorso come Expert Giuridico della Banca d'Italia, ha prestato attività lavorativa presso il Settore Appalti della Banca d'Italia sino al mese di Marzo 2024.

Con Decreto del Ministero della Giustizia del 12 aprile 2024 è stata nominata Notaio nel Comune di Oria del Distretto Notarile di Brindisi, ove esercita attualmente l'attività notarile, con studio secondario in Ostuni e competenza professionale estesa a tutta la Regione Puglia.

The Notary Federica Marseglia was born in Brindisi on November 9, 1992 and began her studies by obtaining a classical high school diploma at the Ostuni Classical High School, with a grade of 100/100 cum laude in July 2011, and then continued with a law degree at the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, with a grade of 110/110 cum laude and special mention on July 27, 2016.

Having immediately clear the intention of taking the notarial exam, she began the 18-month internship, mandatory by law, even before the end of her university course, which she completed in July 2017.

Following her degree, she spent a period of study in Cambridge to improve her English language skills in the legal sector, and then began her legal studies, with an 18-month internship and obtaining the relevant qualification as a Lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Lecce on 12 September 2019, all without ever interrupting the activity of the notarial studies until passing the relevant competition.

In particular, she is the winner of the notarial public competition announced by Decree of the Ministry of Justice of 3 December 2019, whose written tests were held in December 2021, with a subsequent oral exam in June 2023.
Also winner of the competition as a Legal Expert of the Bank of Italy, she worked at the Procurement Sector of the Bank of Italy until March 2024.

With Decree of the Ministry of Justice of 12 April 2024, she was appointed Notary in the Municipality of Oria of the Notarial District of Brindisi, where she currently practices notarial activity, with a secondary office in Ostuni and professional expertise extended to the entire Puglia Region.
